Polycystic Kidney Disease Breakthrough

-RICOTTA CAKE PEACHES



that cake make for a nice summer picnic?
definitely a cake that lends itself very well to transport ..... without creams (but that "goes down" Well Read "juicy ").... made using seasonal fruits ..... and preferably not too many calories to compensate for a little libation abundances based barbecue with appurtenances (ps: I did not say light ...... but simply "little" calorie !!!!)
.. ... and if it is also easy to do ...... is the best !!!!!!
I trip on Sunday I opted for this!
the original recipe is Paolera (of Wired New York) and can be found here
Ingredients:
- gr. 250 flour
- gr. Ricotta
500 - gr. 200
sugar - 4 eggs
- grated rind of a lemon (I put a little 'liquor)
- a packet of yeast
- kg. About a peach (the "nectarine" you can not peel)

Procedure:
Working to cream the egg yolks with sugar, then add the ricotta, then add flour sifted with baking powder, grated lemon peel (or liqueur pleasure) and finally the egg whites until stiff. Finally, add the peaches, cut into small pieces (as I mentioned before, if you use nectarines (or nectarines) can avoid peel: I did and I was fine). Put the dough in a buttered (diameter cm. 28) and bake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees.
