Bad Credit Bar Exam Loan



This "Mississippi mud pie" comes from the southern United States, its color and texture reminiscent of the dark mud of the Mississippi Delta but the taste is HEAVENLY.

For the base:
225 g digestive biscuits
60g butter 60g dark chocolate chopped

For the filling:
180g butter 180g dark chocolate chopped


4 eggs 180g brown sugar 180 ml fresh cream

Place the biscuits in a food processor and chop finely.
Place butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan in a water bath and stir gently. Remove from heat, stir and add the crushed biscuits, when they are well blended transfer the mixture into the buttered cake pan. Let stand while preparing the filling.

To prepare the filling, put butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl in a water bath. Remove from heat and let cool.
Put the eggs and sugar in a large bowl and lavoare with whips until the mixture becomes foamy, then add the cream and then chocolate.
Fill the cake pan and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes
