Today I did a search with Gugole (Google) because curious about the history and the birth of chocolate! Chocolate, was born in the Amazon region 6000 years ago, during the reign in honor of the Mayan goddess of fertility Xochiquetzal!
I was little I was always fascinated by the Mayan people, the population most advanced Central and South America of the past, so they deserve, by modern historians, the nickname of "the Greeks of America."
After we pass these pearls of wisdom to the recipe for these muffins strategic pleasure, I am really satisfied with the result, after some experimentation I came tested the recipe!
Muffin Black and White (recipe modified by me)
- 180g flour
- 1 / 3 cup cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking
- 1 / 2 cup of rich dark chocolate chips
- a bar of white chocolate into small pieces
- half a bar of dark chocolate flakes
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 / 2 cup brown sugar
- 85 g melted butter
Processing: Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, chocolate chips, chopped white chocolate and dark chocolate flakes and stir.
In another bowl, beat eggs with leggerment high sugar and milk and then add the butter.
Add the liquid mixture to the dry and stir gently!
Pour the mixture into cups
Bake for about 15 minutes!
You should definitely try this recipe! They are rich white and dark chocolate, creamy these muffins will delight a sweet tooth!
